Key, tempo and tags on every song
Every song in songdrafts has fields for key, tempo and tuning, and you can add tags. A raw voice memo carries none of these, so you type them in; files that already carry key and tempo are filled in for you. Once songs have keys, the board can filter by key and by tempo range.

Key, tempo and tuning
Three fields on each song. Voice memos do not carry them, so you set them by hand. Some files, such as a bounce from recording software, can carry key and tempo, and songdrafts reads them off. Tuning cannot be read from a file, so it is a field too.
Tags
Add tags to a song to group it however you like: a mood, a project, a co-writer.
Filter the board
When at least one song has a key, a Key and BPM filter appears on the board, so you can look at every song in D, or every idea above a tempo you choose.

Common questions
Does songdrafts detect the key from audio?
No. You set it yourself, though files that already carry key and tempo are read automatically.
Can I filter by tempo?
Yes, by a BPM range, once your songs have keys.
What is the tuning field for?
To note an alternate tuning, such as DADGAD, that cannot be read from a file.
